We are two months into our KC adventure! This is a great town! We've included a few pictures for those of you who haven't been here, which is everyone but Moms and Dads. We are having a blast! Jon is working an insane amount of hours, but that will come to an end in two weeks and three days (but who's counting?). After that, we are praying for another job to come open for him. I've learned in the last three months probably more than EVER in my life, that the Lord WILL provide for us. I remember sitting on the couch at Jon's parents house when we told them we were headed to KC to prepare Jon for youth ministry and they recounted the amazing ways the Lord provided for them in their early days of ministry and marriage and I thought...well, that's great, but that won't happen to US. It totally has! Over and over and over again. Shows how much I know, or don't know, I guess!
Well...I don't have to write everything tonight, so I will leave you with some pictures and call it a night! Hope you enjoy!
Not the building I work in, but it's got the name on it. So - my job. (If you come visit me I can give you a tour of all three buildings at no charge! Exciting, I know.)
The sign says it all! Jon's new home come February.
Our apartment. We're on the bottom.
Our church, from the back. Lenexa Central Church of the Nazarene. (For any Wickham's reading this, our pastor is Rob Prince. They stole him, and we like him! I'm very sorry for your loss.)
